We are pleased to announce we have our own Sports Training facility dedicated to helping student-athletes meet their athletic goals. We offer several programs for ALL players who want to get better and take their game to THEIR next level. You do not have to play for No Mercy Basketball to attend training. No one will solicit you to join our basketball program. We welcome ALL players who simply want to get better!!
Small Group Basketball Training Sessions - These are 1 hour HARD WORK sessions with up to 6 players! Players can select from the below options. You can purchase packages, based on the number of sessions you need per month (1, 4 or 8 sessions).

Ball Handling - ex. low stance, control, crossover, build muscle memory and coordination, speed changes, hesitation moves and weak hand training, etc.

Scoring & Shooting - ex. proper mechanics/technique, form shooting, consistency, balance, layups, footwork, mid-range, free throws, etc.

Combo (Ball Handling and Scoring & Shooting) - 30 minutes on ball handling and 30 minutes on Scoring & Shooting.

Advanced Elite Training - creating space/separation, finishing, angles, getting to your spot, combo moves, 1on1 scoring, Euro step, etc. Very high energy training!
Performance Training - Small group sessions that target sport-specific movements, energy systems and physical demands. Sessions are 1 hour in length and focus on:

Vertical Jump Testing using Force Plate technology

Endurance Conditioning
Personal Training - Work one-on-one with a basketball trainer or a Sports Performance trainer. Sessions are 1 hour in length.
Shooting Machine Rental - Rent our shooting machine by the 1/2 hour to get shots up.
